Thank you for a REALLY COMFORTABLE stay. It is an ideal hotel and the rooms are luxurious and the bathroom is good.

The staff was excellent. We truly enjoyed the convenience of the superior queen room available with large windows, black-out curtains, plus a very clean bathroom.

The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and I enjoyed relaxing in the steam room and sauna.It was quite wet during our first two days stay but the relaxing facial, manicure and pedicure in the hotels beauty/fitness suite more than made up for the disappointing weather.The breakfasts offered excellent choice as did both of the restaurants.We like the close proximity to the park and being able to hire bikes to explore the area. The integrated transport system is fast dependable and makes getting around very easy.This is the third time we have stayed at this lovely hotel and the pina coladas in the hotel bar are fabulous.

I have no complaints whatsoever about this hotel.We had a great time and will definitely be back.

The hotel offered a delightful morning coffee break with fancy beverages and ever-changing snacks. The menu boasted a mouthwatering selection of local cuisine. I enjoyed walking through the park right across the street.

Who needs a tea or coffee maker in the room? I'd rather have a treasure hunt to find my morning caffeine fix!

Everything was fantastic. We stay 3 nights and I have nothing to claim. Cleanliness, comfort and very relax atmosphere. Furniture and design are beatiful. Breakfast is the best I ever had in hotels. Choice of different kind of cheese is fantastic. I like this hotel very much. Universum scientific center which is very interesting for kids is just over the road and big Burgerpark with a lot of sports activity possibility is opposite the hotel. Hotel has bicycle renting. Tram number 6 will bring you from city center for 10 minutes.

Everything was well-maintained, including nice staff and amazing location easy to reach from the Airport or the main train station. Location: the hotel was very close to city center and the inhouse italian restaurant.

The room was modern, spacious, and very clean. the breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options. the staff in the dining room were super friendly. the newly designed wellness center had a small indoor pool and several saunas. the hotel provided bathing ropes and extra towels for the sauna, free of charge. the location was convenient with multiple bus options.

I did arrive very late (around midnight) and did not use much more than the room which was quite ok. Nice breakfast, very friendly staff.

The room was clean and the bed´s good. The breakfast buffet had everything one wants. The pool and sauna area were nice and clean. The staff was okay.

Cozy queen suite I stayed in had air conditioning. the staff here are really friendly and nice! 😊

We chose this hotel for our team retreat because of their extensive experience in the hotel business. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff was friendly and efficient. They provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

The only service that we missed for our work was a dedicated meeting room with audio-visual equipment. It would have been convenient to have a space specifically designed for our business discussions.
